Corporate Process Service FAQs

1. What is corporate process service?

Process service is the delivery of legal papers in a way that meets legal requirements. It involves officially delivering court documents informing the receiving party of impending legal action.

Corporate process serving is the delivery of legal documents to businesses, organizations, or corporations, usually represented by a registered agent who acts as the official point of contact for a corporation or business, receiving legal documents on their behalf.

Process serving is a critical part of the legal system, ensuring that all parties involved in legal proceedings receive proper notice of their involvement, as well as to ensure all have ample time and opportunity to prepare for their case and defense.
