We're Under New Management
Here's What That Means For You
Dear Preferred Process Server Client,
My name is Tea (pronounced Tay’ah) Godfrey, owner of Solid Serve Legal. I want to personally welcome you and reassure you that our priority is making this transition from Preferred Process Servers smooth and familiar for you.
As a former litigation paralegal myself, I understand how important consistency, communication, and attention to detail are in legal support services, and we’re committed to both honoring the standards and service style you’ve relied on, as well as improving upon them.
Your current pricing will remain in place through the end of January as we complete onboarding and ensure continuity. (If you’ve already paid a new invoice from us, please let me know and we’ll issue a credit for the difference.)
In the meantime, please know that our workflow includes the following professional standards:
Clear communication and prompt status updates by email
Court-compliant proofs and affidavits of service backed by GPS date/time stamps and photos of the location for each attempt
Consistent scheduling of attempts and follow-through
- Skip traces for any bad addresses and research to help our servers successfully serve your defendants/witnesses
Filing of all proofs with the Oregon Circuit Court (with your approval)
If you have any active or upcoming cases, we’re ready to assist and show you how we work. Please feel free to reach out anytime with questions, concerns, or suggestions.
Warmly,
Tea Godfrey
